My24 – St Austell

This initiative has proved very useful for the traders who got involved. Do remember to try and support the numerous small businesses that need our custom to keep going. You will be amazed at the diversity and quality of the shops and service businesses in and around the town. We are lucky indeed. Let’s make sure they survive and thrive – please use them!!

Fowey Christmas Market 2012 now doubled in size!

The 8th Fowey Christmas Market takes place over the first weekend in December 2012.

FCM

The Fowey Christmas Market has been an unqualified success since its inception in 2005. Fowey is a wonderful place to do your Christmas shopping, with a fantastic range of unique little independent shops, great restaurants, hotels, guest houses, and above all, amazing views.
Combined with the huge range of seasonal products on offer at the Market, plus the many places to eat and drink around the town make this a Christmas shopping experience not to be missed, and due the success of the event over the last 7 years, the event is now split over two sites to accommodate the 160 or so traders who will be in Fowey over this spectacular weekend. Some traders will be housed in marquees on the Town Quay, and others at the Leisure Centre at the top of town

Running from:

Saturday 1st December 10.00 to 17.00 and
Sunday 2nd December 10.00 to 16.00

Directions:

To Fowey from the Tamar Bridge, Plymouth:
Follow the A38, bypassing Liskeard and Dobwalls. Just after Dobwalls, fork left at the traffic lights onto the A390 to St Austell. Drive through Lostwithiel and up the hill. After approximately 1 mile turn left onto the B3269 which takes you to Fowey. Follow the signs either to the Leisure Centre or the Town Quay, which is at the top of town at the Fowey Community College

Saturday 21st Nov - 6pm to 9pm
